Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) constitute a legally binding agreement made between Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova and anyone who receives from her services related to learning the Russian language (hereinafter referred to as the Client). Examples of clients are (but not limited to) students, parents, and users of the site.

1.2. The site “all-russian.com” (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is the property of the individual Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova.

1.3. Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the client.

1.4. Further use of the services by the client means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.

1.5. The client is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.

1.6. The client pays only for educational services rendered by Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova, and not for technical services, technical support, or resources.

1.7. Any problems associated with the use of the online platform of the site all-russian.com cannot be the responsibility of Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The maximum amount of lessons a student can purchase is limited to a one-month timeframe at a time. Once the client has paid he or she has one month to book the lessons from the payment date. If within a month the client has not used all the lessons, then they “burn out” and the money will not be returned. Unused lessons are not carried over to the next month.

2.2. Payment is made after Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova and the client have discussed the content of the lessons, the training plan, and the client has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2.3. The method of payment is negotiated between Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova and the client. The client must send a copy or screenshot that confirms that the payment was made so that Aleksandra can corroborate it.

2.4. After payment, the client gets access to the online platform on the all-russian.com website (Only applies for students of the online courses), where there is a calendar for booking lessons (The client can choose the time of his convenience that is available in the schedule). The same website will be used for storing educational materials, having video calls, and chat with Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova.

2.5. The client has the right to have his homework checked and receive feedback from Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova. However, this happens if the client sent his homework for review no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson. Otherwise, the client will still have the right for his homework to be checked but this would have to be during the lesson.

2.6. If the client paid for the lesson, and booked the time and day but did not show up for the lesson, then the money for the lesson will not be refunded.

2.7. If the client wants to change the time and day of the lesson, then it should be done in advance at least 24 hours before the lesson.

2.8. The client gets the opportunity to ask additional questions to the teacher – Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova, at other times, and not only during the lesson.

2.9. The client can only ask questions in the chat available in his personal account, to which he received access after paying (Only applies for students of the online courses). Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova will answer the client’s question when she has the availability to do so.

2.10. All other benefits are arranged by Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova and the client.

3. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. Any inappropriate behavior towards Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova, insults (obscene language, rude expressions), increased tone of speech, and others – are the reason for the immediate termination of the provision of services by Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova. In this case, the money for the services will not be refunded.

3.2. If the client does not pay for the lessons or does not provide a valid excuse that explains why the money was not received by Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova, then this is the reason for the termination of the provision of services by Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova.

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS

4.1. Using the services of the site all-russian.com and the services of Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova, the client thereby consents to the use of his personal data (name and email address) in order to receive emails and other information.

4.2. At any time, the client can make a request to have his data removed from the database.

4.3. A client who for any reason cannot finish and receive the paid number of lessons, should notify so in advance in order to be able to discuss the further provision of services.

4.4. If Aleksandra Dmitrievna Cherkasova cannot attend the lesson for any emergency reason, she will try to warn the client and offer another time and day that suits the client.

4.5. If the client receiving the services is a minor, he or she must first obtain the consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be responsible for the acts carried out in contravention of these terms and conditions and use of the website. It is understood that minors who access and use the website have this consent.
