Finally, last official news from Russian government: all of the students from ALL of the countries can enter in the territory of Russian Federation and study!
This is huge! We have been waiting for that over 1 year. If you planned to go and study in Russia you can already pack your luggage!
Just follow the new steps:
- contact your university and let them know that you are going to arrive
- do your visa
- buy tickets and when you are already in russia follow the procedure due to covid-19 (self isolation and pcr-test)
- be sure that all of your documents are alright and register in the migration service
