Olivier salad or Russian salad is very popular in Russia. Especially people really like to cook this dish for the New Year holidays🙂
Ingredients:
1-2 potatoes 🥔
1 carrot 🥕
1-2 eggs 🥚
200 grams of sausage or cooked chicken (how you prefer)
1 fresh cucumber 🥒 or pickled (for your taste)
Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool. Cut all the ingredients in one dish, mix and add mayonnaise or sour cream.
Serve as an entry dish with bread or crackers
