Ingredients:

3-4 potatoes

1 Small Onion

2 eggs

Flour 2-3 tablespoons

A bit of salt/pepper

vegetable oil for frying

sour cream to serve

Wash and peel the onion and potatoes

Grate

Add egg, flour, salt and pepper

Fry in a pan over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side

Serve hot with sour cream
